East Coast

Getting to go out to visit on of my best friends from AZ was sooo much fun! Tamara was the first person I met in AZ, she was my neighbor and has been such a good friend to me throughout the years. I feel more myself since seeing her! It seriously made me home sick though. Anyways here are some photos from the trip.... I took WAY more then what you're seeing but I haven't even had time to go through them all :) PS her son is the same age as Jameson and soooo sweet! His name is Jack and WE love him and miss them both!

It seems that I'm always tired. I usually blame this on my pregnancy but this busy boy of ours, keeps me on my toes along with my job. They are asking us all to work more hours and that's been keeping me busy but what's really keeping me busy is all the things Zack and I have going on!

From fishing all weekend, to three photo shoots (taking photos for other people lol, we're not getting photos done....yet), to juicing all the apples in grandpas orchard, to book club/reading too many books (I LOVE having good books to read but I'm a little too addicted to them), to my always on going dentist appointments and doctors appointments, to Zack getting surgery (broken wrist)... We're just busy busy busy! lol. Next week I'll be gone all week so I'm trying to getting lots done this week (like making some frozen dinners and canning garden vegs) BUT with all that I did want to quickly say there will be updates coming! I'm officially in my third trimester and I want to document about all of our fun activities lately. From 4wheeler rides to fishing, to picnics, to beautiful canyon drives ..... We've just been taking in all that fall/ sunflower season has to offer! it really is my favorite time of year. The perfect cool rain, the weather changing, the beautiful changing mountains, the sunflowers surrounding our town, all the fresh produce to pick/eat, to bonfires and the harvest moon <3

I've been slacking on this blog but that will change, I promise! I just need to stop doing so much! We both need to stop filling our week and weekends with endless tasks to do :) We might be too perfect for each other in the way that neither of us know how to slow down ;)

About fishing.... It was half sunny/ half rainy beautiful fall day! the fish were practically jumping in our boat. Jr even reeled in a little guy.

... I'll upload and post photos late bc we are taking photos, I promise!  I'm just bad at sharing bc I'm on my "work" computer and I put ALL my photos on my "personal" macbook. Anyways, I just took a quick break from work to say we're doing great and life has just been crazy!

Plans

Y'all know that quote "If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans" Why not add, "if you want to hear him laugh louder, tell him how much you know" bc seriously, I thought I knew how pregnancies worked and this one is so different!!! 

Plans of today, wake up early, deep clean bc I had it semi clean already. Then I was going to take these bags of clothes to kid to kid (to sell) and get new ones for Jr. After that I had the plan to make a great dinner for Zack bc it's his first day back to school! I need to go to the store to do that.... Well I have never fainted in my life but I have almost blacked out before...

Today I blacked out a few times and then every time I stand up, I have to sit back down bc I get closer to fainting then I have EVER been. It's crazy.

Also, I haven't been throwing up very much. This pregnancy has been a 180 from the last one. I do have to take zofran almost daily. I just have to take it before bed or as soon as I wake up. It's amazing bc if I remember to take it, I don't even feel nauseous! Wahooo! Well, today I threw up on Zofran, WHAT? and it was a few hours after I ate! It was right after my first black out. Anyways, What I thought I knew about myself, my pregnancies, and my body just did a 180 today. Also, my plans did a 180, that's not a first but it's always hard for me bc I love making plans and following through with them!


Well this pregnancy has been great so far. I feel HUGE, especially in comparison to the last pregnancy. I am short and have a short torso, so there is only room for the baby to go except out... last time my body just didnt grow as fast. I guess my body knows what it's doing this time! Also this babe of ours is measuring about 3 weeks bigger than it's supposed to !?!?!?! Why do I have such big babies? I've been told multiple times that I'm too small for big babies and that the baby is supposed to be the size of the mom, not the dad. lol. My body is small so you future babies, please stay small for me!  My mom had small ones, so lets hope the doctor and measurements are wrong. I'd like to have a smaller baby this time ;) EITHER way I can't wait to hold this little one! He is LOVED so much already!!!


Jameson can't wait for his "baby broder" to come. He gives my belly kisses and loves all the time! He is so sweet. He is going to be such a great older brother! On his own, Jr will share with his stuffed animals and his cousin Lyam. The other day Laym fell and Jameson went to help him up! He is just naturally sweet, helpful and caring. He loves to sing "clean up, clean up" and help me do chores. He loves to share his food with everyone and give hugs and kisses to anyone who seems sad. I'm so excited to see how much he loves to have a little buddy around all the time and he's going to be such a help with the new baby. I get scared and nervous bc of all the stories I hear but that is a perspective I don't want to have. I know there will be hard days and things that take getting used to for me and Jameson and Zack BUT I know my son. He has such a good heart at such a young age that I know this is going to be an amazing experience. I can't wait to see him hold his brother and love him with me. We already include baby brother in our nightly prayers. PS Jameson can now say the entire (short) prayer and he loves to kneel and pray. He makes my heart melt on a daily basis. <3 


Anyways I'm now 24 weeks along. Half way through my second trimester. CRAZY how fast this pregnancy is going!!!  Well I'll leave you with a few photos .....

The day we announced it was a boy!!!! It was raining and that just made it all the better (there is a song that explains why but it's kinda personal.... Anyways it just felt like my dad was there celebrating with us and the entire family <3 ) My heart is so full. I feel so blessed that God is trusting me with these sweet spirits and I'm given the task of preparing these boys to be men and take care of daughters of God someday. I just love all three of my boys so much! Zack's the perfect example of how I want me boys to turn out <3 <3 <3

Me at 22.5 weeks along so a little over a week ago. Jameson saw daddy taking a photo of "baby" and ran over on his own to give him loves and kisses. He's so sweet

I've already bought more clothes for this kid then I did for Jameson but that is bc I am buying fun matching outfits! They aren't all the exact same but they compliment each other well! I can't wait for photo shoots of these two model boys ;)

Lyam and Jameson are best friends. It's so fun. I love it!!!

I choose to end this post with this picture bc I love my husband so much! This was about 2 weeks ago. We're so blessed to be able to have family near by to babysit and allow us to go to the temple. We're also blessed to have the temple near by. I love going and remembering all we are blessed with. I'm so thankful for Zack and the blessing of being with him for all eternity. He really is my everything and is much too good for me. I'm still working on being good enough for that amazing, sweet, handsome man of mine. *swoon* <3 <3 <3

So we've been so busy! We have been having lots of adventures and getting a lot done for our callings and looking for a house. For our travels we went from home to St George, Vegas, La Jolla, Newport area, Arizona back to home. We had our annual Strawberry Huffaker camp out. Where we were fishing, boating and star gazing (it was during a meteor shower!). We have been up the mountains by our house. We even went to the top of Hobble Creek (one of our fav spots from when we were dating). We have been picking all the wonderful foods from Grandpa and GG's gardens/ orchards. We've been trying new recipes with all these fresh foods. We have also been house hunting like crazy. Currently we are in contract with a house!!! Hopefully all goes well and we close. I'm so excited to share that news......  I wish I could post pics bc it's darling but I'm gonna wait till it's "our home" <3 Well enjoy the photos below and I promise I'm gonna update soon! It's been just a crazy month.... It should slow down in the next few weeks bc Zack starts school and I'll have more free time to document our life/recent adventures.
